What the VERITAS API gives you
- Curated, sourced claim records. Hand-verified AI/ML facts. Every claim cites primary evidence; 368 of the current 384 claims include two or more sources. Each record includes a SourceScore-issued HMAC-SHA256 integrity tag on a stable JSON envelope for evidence-review workflows.
- Candidate retrieval. POST an assertion and get ranked catalog candidates. The endpoint uses semantic ranking when its AI/Vectorize bindings are available and a keyword fallback otherwise; neither method is a truth oracle.
- Honest by design. Every claim links to its cited evidence and the methodology version it was verified under. The public verification path is HTTPS and refetching the canonical record; HMAC tags are not independently verifiable without a shared secret.

Do I need this to use the API?
No. The public API needs no auth or signup — just call the endpoints. This page is only for teams with higher-volume or private-data needs who want to help shape a possible paid plan.
Why a waitlist instead of a buy button?
Honesty: we won’t build paid billing until real demand exists. A genuine request from you is worth more than a half-built checkout. You’re not charged anything by asking.
What happens after I email?
We may reply to understand your use case. A request does not reserve access, create an account, or promise a future paid tier.
